Social Events at St Augustine's
St Augustine's Social Committee
The aims of the St Augustine's Social Committee are to organise meals, entertainment, and trips for all members of the congregation, their families and friends. There is usually a function every other month or so.
Although Fundraising is not one of the main purposes, surplus income raised is given to St Augustine’s church.

The Gregarian Society
The Gregarian Society was founded in 1972 "To promote social activities for the people in the Parish of St Augustine's."
All are welcome to join us at our meetings on the second Thursday of each month where we sometimes have a speaker; also on our summer coach outing and visits to the theatre or concerts. Meetings are normally held in the Garden Room of St Augustine's, unless otherwise shown in the Gregarians programme card or on our weekly notice sheet, at either 2:30pm or 8:00pm
Annual subscription (due on 1st April) is £5.00.
